V 3.2.2. is still crashing after open any image

The application crashes soon after I load any picture. V Photo AI v 3.2.2 my operating systen - Windows 10 22H2, build 19045.5011

You may want to try adjusting your AI Processor by following the steps below to see if it helps with this crashing error:

1. Open Photo AI

2. Go to Edit > Preferences > General

3. Set your AI Processor to CPU

4. Click Apply

I will note that after reviewing your dxdiag file your machine is technically underpowered as it only has about 1GB of VRAM while our Minimum System Requirement is 6GB of VRAM. If you continue to have troubles after the update to your driver, I would recommend reverting to a previous version of Photo AI using one of the following links:

    • Older interface, will be fastest version your computer can run

• Topaz Photo AI | v3.0.4 | Windows Installer

  • Released June 13th, 2024

    • Newer interface that all v3 have, but v3.0.4 does not have the new Autopilot updates

    • Can sometimes work on underpowered machines, however will be slower than v2.4.2

John, the change GPU (auto) to CPU fix my problem. I have iMac - there aplication work correctly after update to version .3.2.2. Then i have PC with windows 10 equipped with a processor with an integrated graphics core and here the problem persists even after the upgrade. Thank you for your help! Now all work correctly.
