V 3.2.1 not working as expected - broken

Detecting Subject not correct! Red splodges scattered over entire image.
Denoise results in large green box - looks like smaller pixelated area enlarged to fill ‘subject’ area.!
Sharpening results in grey overlay!

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open any image
  2. Wait for Photo AI 3 to do it’s thing and be horrified at the result!

I see there has been yet another update and still this issue has not been resolved. Images were sent as requested along with a note that you have already been notified of this issue by another user.

3.2.0 works correctly and picks out the subject and is able to process the image, latest two versions do not.

When can we expect this issue to be resolved? Some of us have paid for updates, yet are not able to avail ourselves of them - do you think it fair to simply ignore us? If you do not intend to address the issue, you need to refund us the remainder of our subscriptions from the moment you were first notified of this error.

My apologies on missing those files, I was not automatically notified when these were sent in so I must have missed that information. I’ve reviewed the notes and images you sent and will note that these types of problems are usually associated with the system needing to meet the Minimum System Requirements or associated with the GPU driver.

To investigate this problem better, we’ll need to examine your full system profile information. This will help us understand what might be causing this issue.
