Nikon RAW photo sent to Photo AI from LrC “Edit In” get part way thru analyzing photo about the point of “Detect Subject” Photo AI aborts and closes

I’d like to get some more information in order to help troubleshoot this problem and to share with the development team for better insight as to why this might be occurring.
First off can you tell me if you are receiving any error messages when trying to process your photos using the plugin? If so please take a screenshot of this error message and attach it to this email for review.
Also, would you please send me your system profile information so I can check if your computer hardware is up to date?
If you are able replicate this problem please do so then open Photo AI and go to Help > Open Log Folder , please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this email.
I am having the same problem. The previous version worked perfectly and now after downloading the latest version Photo AI 3.2.1, the program gets a few seconds into analyzing the image and then crashes reverting to my previous application. Is there an easy way to revert to my previous version?
I simply un-installed 3.2.1 and downloaded the installer file for 3.2.0 and installed it. Back in business!
It took a bit of wandering around the Topaz site to find “Previous Versions”
