- i opened a jpg via adobe bridge
- i played around in the settings and i think face recovery produced the lines

unfortunately i’m not the copyright holder of this picture, so i can’t share it with you. apart from the already provided screenshot i don’t have any more pictures of that issue. i did not save the processed file, as i didn’t see the need to with those lines in the pictures. and with the new version of topaz photo ai 2.3.0 the issue didn’t occur any more.

I’m on 2.3.1 now and yesterday some similar rainbow spots appeared 
but these problems seem to be one-offs and preview related because i cannot recreate them.
