Any clue on how to retrieve the work I’d previously done in Topaz Trial?

Unfortunately videos processed in the trial mode would need to be re-exported with the watermark not applied. The app functions identically other than the watermark, so we should be able to export the same result. With the app logs, I can help find the settings that would match the output from the trial mode:

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
