When processing a video with video ai v5.3.3, the sound that plays when a usb devise is recognized keeps playing every 1/3 sec or so. Stops if I pause processing. What do I do?
forgot to say that the files are being processed on a solid state internal drive. The only usb devices connected are the keyboard and mouse.
Thats odd, the app itself does not have an audio playback feature and should be not triggering a USB device to connect or disconnect.
Try unplugging your mouse and keyboard and then ensuring they have a solid connection when plugged back in and are not wiggling around.
Make sure that any USB, Bluetooth, Network devices in Device Manager in the Power Management tab do not have the option Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power checked.
