So I noticed that even though Gigapixel does a stellar job at upscaling most Jpeg images with the usual jpeg compression, it does a horrible job upscaling lossy webp images.
The compression algorithm in webp’s is different and upscaled with Giga usually creates extreme stripes or “ridges”, especially on the skin.
Are you working on webp compression already?
Webp is a very common image-type now, which makes it especially important that the Upscale AI understands it.
