I would test converting the audio to pcm rather than copying the audio stream, if you haven’t tried that yet.

As @alanhusband-677420 mentioned if you set the Audio Mode to convert are you still seeing the audio out of sync?

I also had sync issue with Dione TV, convert solved the problem
