Upscaling Job Won't Start

I wanted to upscale a 1080p file downloaded from Amazon via Anystream, in the MP4 format. I put this file into VAI 3.5.4 and it refused to start the upscaling process (to 4K using Gaia) - something about the codec being a problem. I have upscaled other MP4 files downloaded similarly in the past and haven’t encountered a problem similar to this.
