Trying to upscale a 1080p file to 4k. Tested every model and they all have this greenish tint.
Any tips on how to resolve this? Color correcting after the fact is not helpful, because I’ve already spent months color correcting the source.

What color profile do you have the input video set to? There are options to override that color profile if the app is not seeing it correctly in the metadata or if you have color-corrected the video in a different app.
Try adjusting those options to see if that can help eliminate the issue. If not, please pull the logs to share so we can take a look at how the input file is being read and what model and settings you are applying to it.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
