Upscale Photo Max on crop photo resulting reduced resolution will affect others

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. have multiple photo, set upscale in autopilot
2. crop a photo to a small size will will upscale to maximum 6 after cropping.
3. check the upscale resolution is smaller than setting in Autopilot
4. go to others photo, other photo upscaled resolution will be affected.
