Upscale and resize

The Preferences dialog has an tab for Upscale and Resize. I set it the 3840x2160. I crop my image to 16x9 on exiting via export to Adobe LrC the image size remains per the crop (e.g. 2841x1598) and not the 3840x2160 requested in preferences. Preferences also set to export DNG files. Using PhotoAI 3.0.4 on Windows 11 PC

I received the screens recording and have reached out to some of the developers for more information about what might be the issue while using this workflow.
