For privacy and security reasons, I strongly believe that Topaz should not be asking users to upload their log files to this community website. Instead, they should only ask for them to be sent to Support directly.
I tried to raise this concern to Topaz (privacy@topazlabs.com) but never received a reply.

Users do not have to share the logs here or any info if they do not want to do so. They are more than welcome to reach out to the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com and we generally try and add that in the comment when asking for logs.
However, some users prefer to post in the forum or on social media pages seeking assistance instead.

It’s reassuring to see Topaz are now suggesting users upload their log files to a Topaz Dropbox. For completeness, I think it would be good if you could update the instructions accordingly in the pinned topic “How to report a bug for TVAI” (and any other relevant places). Some users may have got into the habit of uploading log files here at the same time as reporting the bug - i.e. before they see your request to upload to Dropbox instead.
