Upgraded to 5.2.1 and now program just hangs on Export As

Hangs will all videos when clicking export as.
Windows 11
Can’t get the logs because the program hangs and needs to close.

All was working before upgrading to most recent.
I also tried the following troubleshooting steps…
Ugrading NVIDIA drivers,
removing and doing a complete new install.

Is there any way to go back to a prior version, I have work to get done : )

Same problem since the last update. (Win 10 here)

Really frustrating as I have something to give to my client today.

Edit : problem solved by doing this > change the export default folder (in preference) in a local directory (it was previously on a server).

You should be able to get the logs from outside of the app by navigating to their file location.

C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI\logs

5.1.4 doesn’t have this issue. It appears to be indeed an issue with writing to network/SMB drives, and is reproduceable on 5.2.0 and 5.2.1.
