I have just upgraded to the latest version, and when i drag and drop, the file takes a age to appear on the screen, and then it has a blue cast and won’t then process. in fact everything just locks up.
Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.
