Ugh I HATE when programs have upgrades- it screws up everything…I just upgraded Topaz and here we go- program is completely frozen- let me not even add an image!! I have a Mac M1 Pro and I use apple Ventura 13.1
Please make a complete uninstall maybe via the AppCleaner and then re-install. Hope that helps.
