just upgrade to Photo AI 2.0.1, program will open, photo will load slowly, however, none of the function works, can’t save photo either. my account license says: Topaz Photo AI Owned; Upgrades: active (Oct 3. 2023). Does this mean i have to pay again?
Only pay if you want an annual subscription for updates. Otherwise, you’re free to keep using the software you have.
Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.
It sounds like your computer may be struggling to use Topaz Photo AI. I can confirm once I see the logs.
