I already have Topaz Gigapixel AI 3.3 on my laptop, but it tells me I don’t have version 2.2, so when I open the program in tells me I am in Trial mode even though it shows version 3.3 in the upper right corner. I thought this was not a subscription type software, and I can still use it even if I don’t continue to pay for upgrades, I am totally confused !!! If I already have version 3.3 the most recent, why do I need to download version 2.2 ??? You guys are making this very confusing when it does not have to be, why is it in trial mode ?

You can continue using the latest version you owned after your yearly Licence expired
Basically, if your Licence expired after version 2.2 then, that’s the version you can continue using.
If however, you want to use a newer version after your Licence has expired then, by all means you can download it and give it a trial then decide if you want to keep this version and purchase another License for a year which includes all updates for that time period and minor updates until the next major update
If you decide not to renew your Licence then, redownload and continue to use the version you own outright
To find out which version you own outright then, Login to your Account then select the My Products page
A list will appear with the Topaz products you own
Look for Gigapixel and you’ll see a link to download the latest version and under that another link to download the version you own outright.
