Upgrade from topaz photo ai 2.4.0 to 3.0.2

I’m on version Topaz photo ia 2.4.0 on a pc running windows 10 - in the app “5 updates available” are shown.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 - click on icon 5 updates…
  2. Step 2 - click on download
  3. Step 3 - click on install - than the app crashes

There may be an issue with your in-app update option with Topaz Photo AI.

Please make sure you’ve also turned off any firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installation.

Also, make sure no settings configuration in your Windows system could interfere.
