Upgrade 3.1-3.2 is Horrible

None of the menus work, they are displaced to the top bar that is transparent. Entire software runs slow and is clunky. Is there any way reverse the upgrade?. The thing is useless.

I have replied on your email you have sent us with your System Profile. Unfortunately, your machine does not meet System Requirements to run any versions of Photo AI. For both RAM and VRAM, your System is under the minimum requirements.


If anyone reading this experiences any display issues with the new versions, make sure to do these steps:

  1. Check that your computer meets our minimum requirements. This is crucial, and while you may be able to run some previous apps (slower than they were designed to run at), any v3.1 or above will not be able to run the app on computers that do not meet requirements. Version v3.0.4 will be the last one that can run (not having 6GB of VRAM it is still under requirements for that version, but it can work, slowly, but will work)
  2. If your computer meets requirements, make sure your graphics cards is up to date. We recommend having graphic cards update go automatically, but if you turned them off, you can go to your Device Manager on your computer’s settings, then Display Adapters and then click on each of your graphics cards. Once in your graphics’ card pop-up, you can go to the “Details” tab and update your driver from there. Once all your cards updated, you can reboot and reopen Photo AI.
