Updating problem and not able to use Toaz AI

Hello,

1 - when trying to install new update (my version is 1.3.0) installed stoped and runs back, can’t installed new update.

  1. while upload jpg file to Toaz AI a message appears - Could not load model

3- Lightroom is updated to new version includes Noise AI -the problems starts immediately after Lihjtroom updaed, any connections??

4- I use Topaz AI for more then 6 months without any problem.

There e shouldn’t be any connection with Lightroom updates, Download the full installer from the Topaz Labs website or from this forum at and try again as you haven’t given a error message or OS:
