I do not know what Photo AI expects with the internet, but I keep getting Internet not a solid connection and they it reverts. My speed is a solid 500mb/sec and never had any problems before. I suggest you just let us download the entire package first so we can install the updates. Not sure when this started but it takes hours sometimes to just do an update. I download 500GB without this trouble.
When the installer fails to download model files, this is usually due to an issue with security applications blocking the download or the internet provider blocking the download.
Which country are you located in? Do you have firewall, VPN, or proxy on your internet?
We are working on a version of the application that can install the models on startup instead of in the installer which should work around this issue.
