Hi all, I keep running into this same problem with Topaz Video updates. The installer always fails when trying to update by using the interface of the software. I always need to download from my products page on the website instead. Has anyone else had this problem?
Are you running the updates from within the app or from a clean installer link?
We have seen some issues with the in-app installer on Mac systems at times.
Try downloading a clean installer from the release page, and letting that install over the current installation to see if that works. If not, please email the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com for further troubleshooting.
