I just updated the Gigapixel and now it produces WAY worse images! I wish I could post a picture, tried all the models and using the AI auto settings and the artifacting makes this program unusable.

I seem to be having the same problems; I often end up with a photo that is WORSE than the original. I just finished one and ended up with a grey bar over a black square - this was a first. Usually its just not been a improvement. It also seems to take forever compared to the time my earlier version took. I am very, very unhappy. I’d like to revert to my older version and get my money back as well.
