Updated and can't activate, tried all manner of things, Useless might as well cancel it

I can log into my account but cannot activate video AI using email. enter email and press continue and it just freezes.

Please message the support team directly and send the logs in from the app so we can take a look at what is going on and try and assist quickly.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
