So I had to put in a ticket to get a response. Here is the feedback, sounds like it’s a known problem.
I rolled back to 2.1.2 and the software runs correctly.
We are working on fixing this DLL issue in an upcoming update. We are going to sign all the DLLs in our application to prevent them from getting corrupted which seems to be causing this issue.
For now, we can try rolling back to v2.0.5 and see if that fixes the behavior.
Go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall Topaz Photo AI.
Delete the registry files for Topaz Photo AI using instructions here.
