Update license for Adjust AI

Hi,
Purchased a license for Adjust AI and want to put my email address and login somewhere in the application, but it is in demo mode. How do I achieve this?

Go into the help menu and look for an entry about updating ownership.

That’s what I tried, but it doesn’t do a thing!
I even deleted the app data from the application, but still no luck.

The only other thing I can think of is to make sure you are using the same email address that you used when you made the purchase and you may have to go into the community menu - > switch users to sign out and back in again.

If that doesn’t work I would log a support request.
