Currently Topaz Gigapixel 8.0 installed. Cannot update to 8.01. Using win 11.
I have the same problem, and it has been like this since version 7, I believe, maybe even sooner. I’ve been “using” Gigapixel for more than two years, and I swore to myself that I wouldn’t renew the license since I hardly use it and always have issues with installation or performance, or both. Yet, here I am, reading the forum and hoping to find a solution.

Uninstall giga program completely, clear system if possible, reboot reinstall from topaz.com programs. It works.
