Update Available But Not Loading?

I have an indication that there’s an “Update Available,” and I click to download it. It then says “Install Now,” which I click. It seems to shutdown, and after a while I restart it … but the “Update Available” button reappears. I’ve tried to down load this update (4) times, and no luck. Any ideas?

Downloaded a fresh copy of 2.3.0 from the new release post

Uninstalled old version locally
Run a clean install locally with the new version you downloaded
Reboot PC
