Update 3.2.0 for Photo AI

There may be an issue with your in-app update option with Topaz Photo AI.

Please make sure you’ve also turned off any firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installation. Also, make sure there are no settings or configurations in your OS system that could interfere.

Hi, I updated to 3.2.0 in the same way as to previous versions: through the in-app link. Running Photo AI through a plug-in from LRC, all I have been getting since the latest update are completely black ‘images’. I cannot save them as I am getting an error message. Tried on various RAW files but always with the same result. What can I do?

Would you mind sending in some more information to get a better understanding of the problem you are having with this particular type of image? Please send the following information:

  1. The original image file.
  2. The processed image.
  3. A screenshot or description of the settings panel so I can see what adjustments were turned on.

John, many thanks for getting back. Good news - After many days of trying I just went through the motions to get back to you. But it seems the issue has gone away. Can’t tell you what happened exactly but I can open images from LRC in Photo AI and save them after processing as well. All good now. Cheers, Andreas

John, I figured out what my problem with certain files was (and apparently still is): Photo AI cannot yet handle files from the new Nikon Z6iii. Hopefully that would change, soon. Cheers!
