Unplayable quicktime output in newest version

[If you are posting a new bug, please include the following]

The last 2 projects, Topaz Video AI is outputting unplayable quicktimes. It didn’t do this with the previous version. I have to rewrap the output files in shutter encoder to get a usable video, and then it works, so clearly there is an encoding bug in the most current version.

Can you share the logs and details with the support team for investigation?

In order to troubleshoot this, I will need your logs and your full system profile.

Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.

Thanks, sorry I meant to include those before

If I may tag on, earlier I spoke to a dev, about the annoying habit of TVAI of needing a ‘repair’ pass before it generates a playable .mov file. He suggested I remove the following (bolded) part from the command-line:

"-movflags" "frag_keyframe+empty_moov+delay_moov+use_metadata_tags+write_colr"

frag_keyframe+empty_moov+delay_moov+

Indeed, that causes TVAI to no longer needing a 2nd pass. But, as a result, now the intermediate output file is no longer readable. And since, no offence, Preview is so hopelessly broken that you can no longer inspect sections of the timeline that are already done, there’s currently no way to examine the result so far.

So, is there a way I can have my cookie and eat it? Aka, only needing a single write pass, and still be able tp play the intermediate output file in progress?
