Unknown issue creating a file

  2. Your system profile: Windows 11, Nvidia RTX 4070.
  3. Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support): I have the log files. How to send the zip file?
  4. Any screenshots as necessary

Can you share the apps logs in this thread or reach out directly to support at help@topazlabs.com with the logs as an email attachment?
