It ran for about an hour or so and failed with no further info. See enclosed screen shot. I can send you the video but this picker won’t allow me to upload .mov files. Its not very big.
Basically, I’m trying to clean up gopro 9 video…

Looks like you are running into an issue with the compatibility of the older Video AI app and the newer OS 26.3.
Try these steps to see if they can help.
Delete Video AI plist files
Restart Mac
Launch Video AI and try processing the file again.
When the app is launched again, open the preferences and make these changes.
Open the Preferences Panel and change the following settings.
Video>Preferences>Processing
Enable low power mode
Set the max memory to 80%
Set max processes to 1
Save the settings and close the panel.
Re-run your clip through the process that you were trying.
If that does not resolve the issue, send the updated logs to the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com for review.
