Unexpected application crash

Hi,
I use Gigapixel v7.4.4 application. I run a laptop on Windows.
If I place a larger number (les then 30) of photos in the queue, after some time the application crashes during rendering.
I use very compressed mode. All photos are 6080 x 3040 pix.
Resize mode 1x. Just clean photo and keep the same size.

This situation happens to me regularly, with every render.
NTB processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i5-12450H 2.00 GHz
RAM 6.0 GB (usable: 15.7 GB)
System 64-bit operating system, processor for the x64 platform
The application crashes without any error message.

Thx for feedback

Hi @petr.kosina ,

Based on the information you provided, I’ll assume that your machine is using the integrated Intel UHD Graphics that comes with the Intel Core i5-12450H processor.

This GPU does technically meet the minimum requirements for Gigapixel AI, which calls for Intel UHD 600 Graphics or higher. However, integrated GPUs like this one can often struggle with large batch processing and intensive tasks, which might be contributing to the crashes during rendering.

Additionally, your available RAM, while close to 16 GB, falls on the lower end of the requirements for Gigapixel AI, which might also affect performance when working with larger batches. You can review the full system requirements here.

Given your setup, reducing the batch size could help improve stability, or you might consider a hardware upgrade for handling heavier loads.
