Unable to write the CPE file in 5.0.3

  1. Anytime I try to process stabilization it throws an error “Unable to write the CPE file.”
  2. Windows 10 64bit nvidia Geforce GTX TITAN X - 32GB RAM
  3. 2024-05-09-21-55-44-Main.tzlog (896.2 KB)
  4. Any screenshots as necessary

Let’s have you reset the directory file paths to see if it will allow the app to finish writing that file.

  • Open the Preferences Panel - File>Preferences
  • Select the directories section
  • Hit Reset all in the bottom corner
  • Save the settings and exit.
  • Then run the clip through the app again

I’m having the same issue. I have tried uninstalling, resetting the path and several other suggestions found here. No luck. I am using Version 5.1.3

(I have tried attaching the log files, but the upload keeps “crapping out”)
