Unable to suddenly use my Sharpen AI. It is asking me to upgrade. And trial version is appearing. I only want to use my earlier version

You can download your version from the Product Releases section on this forum.

can you please help with the navigation to Sharpen AI 4.1.0. Unable to find it. Regards

You will find it under the Product Releases section in the firs pull-down:

This is a ridiculous situation, trying to force the upgrade on us. It is very difficult to just use the old version we have already paid for and are happy with.

It isn’t forcing you, it will ask once a month to remind you to upgrade if you want … as other programs, such as Capture One, ask.
