Unable to upgrade Topaz AI 3.2.2 - A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run

I am unable to upgrade Topaz AI 3.2.2 from inside the program. I am also unable to uninstall the Topaz AI 3.2.2 program from Windows 11 Pro. I keep getting the same message, halfway thru the Proces of trying to upgrade or trying to uninstall the program. I have included the message below.

There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package
A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run
Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

I am using Windows 11 Pro
23H2
OS Build = 22631.4317

Any Help appreciated to fix this problem

Hello. I’m just a forum member.

This is what I would try.

Install a previous version of Photo AI that worked for you. Restart your PC and then see if that uninstalls. If it does. Restart your PC and then go to the Topaz site and the Download the version that you want and install it.
