Unable to uninstall / reinstall Gigapixel 6.2.0

I finally managed to uninstall Gigapixel 6.3.3 from my Win 11 system only to run into a new problem. Uninstalling 6.3.3 was being prevented because I would run into the “uninstall.exe file not found” error. Someone in this community forum suggested deleting all the files and then reinstalling 6.3.3, and then uninstalling again. Somehow that worked, and 6.3.3 is now uninstalled, but now mysteriously I have Gigapixel 6.2.0 showing in my list of apps (but no installed files on my system), and if I try uninstalling that I get the same “uninstall.exe not found” error. So, round 2 without any real ground gained in this battle. Using the same idea, I decided to try reinstalling 6.2.0. I found an old copy of the 6.2.0 install file on my system, but I get an error message when it is midway through the unpacking and installing of the files and the install never completes. “There has been an error. Error copying file The application will exit now” while unpacking C:\Topaz\Gigapizel\tgrc\Gigapixel_detail_b.bin

The 6.2.0 install file apparently is not available from Topaz, and there does not seem to be any way to contact Topaz Labs directly to ask them if they have a link I can use, or have another way to uninstall 6.2.0. I would use the registry editor to delete but hesitate because I would not want to make the mistake of deleting too much.

Any idea how to clean this up?

You can download the v6.2.0 install files, along with many others, from this page:

Paul, thank you very much. That is what I needed, and the app is now uninstalled.
