I am unable to change the dimensions of the image. I would like to do so by setting the height. It doesn’t work. Neither am I able to change the width.
Hi.
Which version do you have and are you using the Gigapixel AI Standalone Version or as a Photoshop Plugin for example
If you wish to rollback to a previous version so, you can continue working here’s the link
Here’s the link to contact Topaz Support directly

I’m using Gigapixel 8.3.1 in standalone mode.
What type of image are you trying to enlarge is it a JPEG, TIFF, RAW file or something else
Also, are you using a Mac or Windows machine and specs please
The image was a webp file. Thinking that might be the problem I converted it to jpg. Still didn’t work.
I’m running Windows 11.
A screenshot is attached so you can see my settings.
Thanks for the information and screenshot
Everything appears as it should be apart from one thing, looking at your screenshot, see cropped image below
You have the Upscale Multiplier set to 1x and Scale Factor is also on 1 and that’s why you’re unable to change the Dimensions.
You need to set the Upscale Multiplier to Custom then, you’ll be able change the Dimensions for your image.
Also, you probably have the Default Upscale set to 1x within your Preferences
Here’s the link with more information about changing the Upscaling Defaults
Hope this helps
That was the problem. I changed it to custom and it worked.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
You’re very much welcome
