I have scanned about 15,000 negatives into TIFF files. About 20% will not open in Denoise 2.2.3. They were all scanned with the same scanner, software, and parameters. All open fine in Photoshop, Lightroom, NIK, etc. What could be happening?

For a image that doesn’t open please upload a copy to a file sharing site such as DropBox so we can check. You also say it won’t open, what is the message you get?

I said Category, this is the correct category for Technical help. You can see the category in the pull down to the right of the title when you create a thread.
You used the Product Release category.
