Despite multiple uninstalls and reinstalls and multiple communications with customer support, I am not able to open Sharpen AI after repeatedly downloading it successfully. It will not launch at all. I have followed all the instructions provided by customer support but to no avail. Is there a registry key that needs to be edited? I am greatly frustrated by the non-functionality of the app and Topaz’s inability to resolve it.
