Unable to export cloud

I have MKV file which when I try to export to could, I receive the following message: The Cloud can not process this file.
I have not purchased any credits yet but before that I wanted to know if I can even upload and see how many credit it will cost.

Is this a zero credit issue or there are limitation of what you can upload?

You should be able to still see an estimate of credits for the processing even if you do not have a credit balance. This sounds like there was an issue connecting to the cloud server at that time.

Thanks Kyle but I have tried for number of days and number of different video files and receive the message each time

And when you try other one, not a mkv file, for example mp4, does it works then?

Thank you that was the issue. I can upload the Mp4 output but not MKV
