Unable to enlarge any JPEG image, of any size. The desktop will shut down the program going back to a prior screen. Windows desktop. I am accessing the program directly and not through Photoshop. After updates, I have yet to use the plugin via Photoshop. I have yet to try and access Gigapixel through my Topaz Photo AI
Client needs a larger image this weekend, so I had to use an alternative program since Gigapixel would not allow me to do anything.
