I cannot download corrected (retouched) photo back to my photo file…it comes back in its original hazy, blurred state. I think I am using the trial format. What am I doing wrong?
Hi @randolph.magri-overe, if you are using the trial of Topaz Photo AI then there is not a way to save photos out of the app – only a full license will let you save photos out of the program.
If you are using the full version and still find that you are unable to save photos please let us know.
