Unable to complete seven upgrades

I keep getting this statement when it starts to upgrade " The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" can not find any other file. I’ve tried in the application and via your e-mails and it downloads to my download file but will never complete installation after verification of space. ???

Hi @james.lipps, please delete any copies of the Topaz Photo AI installer that you have on your system right now and try to download a new copy directly from our Topaz Labs Download Page – sometimes the downloads from the links we send over email can run into errors like this, so please let me know if the link from our downloads page performs any differently.
