Unable to authenicate

I have windows 10 and using a PC. I downloaded the Topaz Photo AI as it was gifted to me. I did this a few days ago. Everyday I have clicked on the icon from the program screen and I get the pop up to purchase or activate or demo. I click on activate and it brings up the internet explorer and then nothing happens. I have clicked on it multiple times and I get this same error message.
