I migrated my mac to a new M2 Macbook Air and upon trying to login to activate priorly purchased Video AI v3.0.12, I’m taken to a page that states: {“message”: “Internal server error”}.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is having an outage that affects our login, authentication, app downloads, and model downloads features. If you are having trouble with your apps right now, this is the most likely cause. Once AWS service is restored, your app should return to normal function unless there is an unrelated conflict.
