UI jumps when viewing original of DNG image

macOS 13.5 (22G74), running Photo AI 1.5.0

It seems like there’s a bug causing the X,Y position of the original image not to be computed properly because this affects both the click-to-see-original feature and the side-by-side view.

With Recovering Face turned on it also shows a ghost image of the recovered face on the generated preview at the offset position on the original, while showing the preview. Which means you see the recovered face as a ghost image at the wrong location, while the original face shows unprocessed nearby.

Guess I’ll revert to JPG for now, I was hoping DNG would be cleaner workflow to avoid lossy formats but I guess I can use a source image at 100% JPG quality as well.

I believe this is an issue with the Lens Correction. Please open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Topaz Photo AI > Preferences > General menu.

Toggle Lens Correction Off and then check if this shift is still happening.

Please send me the file so I can document this issue and we can fix it. You can securely submit your image(s) to my Dropbox using the link below. Please be sure to send me a note to let me know you sent something.
