June 5, 2025 - TVAI7 Heats Up MacStudio

The bug / behavior you have encountered:
TVAI7 is heating up my M1 MacStudio when exporting a single enhancement.
Activity monitor shows TVAI7 running 12 hours except I installed the most recent update this morning and then process a new export this morning. Activity monitor should only read 2 hours not 12 hours.

The Mac Studios can run hot when being put under strain by the app as they have limited airflow.
Looking at the logs you are running a pretty large file and this can take time. The processing rates are showing to be running around 5-9 frames per second which is pretty good for the file size and model being applied.
If you can make sure there is plenty of room around the unit for airflow and that it is not pushed back up in a corner or covered.
There were some reports from users previously after updating to OSX 15.1 or .2 that their systems ran a bit hot but I believe Apple tweaked some settings with 15.4 to resolve those situations.
