Also, All GPUs crashes the system. This isn’t a new issue, but since TVAI doesn’t seem to get any benefit from this setting, I only try it once in a while to verify that nothing has changed.
I’m experiencing a similar issue – my system has a W7900 as a discrete processor and a W7700 as the video adapter. TVAI is mixing up the GPUs (if I select the W7900 as the processor, it runs on the W7700, and vice versa).
We’re looking into this now. Could we take a look at the app’s log files?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, relaunch Video AI, return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support
